 I’m Darryl Harrington, founder of Creative Minds Rise. This mission is personal. Every resource, every message, and every workshop you see here is created directly by me with one purpose: to help teens build self-esteem, confidence and believe in their potential. My work is shaped by real-life experience as a single father, speaker, and mentor, and I am committed to uplifting and empowering teens one voice at a time. 

 My work in self-esteem is built on years of hands-on experience leading workshops, conferences, and webinars that equip teens with practical tools for confidence and growth. 

My perspective comes from being a single father, a career in IT, and working closely with teens who feel unseen. That journey fuels my mission to speak life into teens and give them the tools to rise above doubt.
